Social responsibility and sustainable development are two of our priorities at Desjardins. We believe companies who pay attention to the environmental and social impacts of their operations have more financial success in the long run. That's why we believe in socially responsible investing (SRI).

Socially responsible investing (SRI) means including environmental, social and governance factors when selecting and managing investments with a long-term perspective.

A leader in SRI

Desjardins Funds is one of the pioneers of socially responsible investing. In 1990, we launched the first SRI fund in Quebec, the second in Canada. We then went on to develop a range of diversified products :

Desjardins's SRI products provide considerable returns while encouraging companies to adopt best practices with regard to the environment and communities.
